Swiss Cacao Mousse is dreamy… light and fluffy and a touch of sweet! Packed full of fat and Pure Therapeutic Ketones®, this is sure to be your new favorite snack!
Swiss Cacao Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 1 tbsp coco powder
- 1 packet KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Heat up coconut milk, xylitol, and cocoa powder until it just begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add KETO//OS® Max Swiss Cacao.
- Combine well and allow to cool completely.
- Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Transfer to a serving glass and chill.
- Optional: Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.
